Warranty Limitations and Exclusions after Sale

Every reasonable effort has been made to insure your puppies in good health upon
delivery. All puppies are seen by our vet before transport and are issued a good health
certificate before leaving to your home. Our puppies have been immunized as our vet
recommends. They will be all up to date on their immunizations. There is always a risk of
contacting a contagious disease at anytime while the puppy has not had it's complete
immunizations. Please beware of that fact and keep your puppy up to date on his/her
immunizations. If at anytime your puppy becomes sick, please take it to your vet.
LovedPuppies will not be responsible for your vet expenses.

Puppies are guaranteed until 12 months of age for congenital or hereditary birth defect on
our Shih-Tzu’s, Pugs and other breeds. The owner is responsible for any test or
diagnostics performed in case of sudden death or illness. We WILL NOT issue any cash
refunds. In case of death requiring replacement, such replacement will be provided as an
exchange within 60 days if a necropsy (autopsy) is performed by a licensed Vet. And all
paperwork from the Vet is forwarded to our Vet. Our Vet will ask to speak with your Vet if
this happens to occur. Exchange will be for puppy of same value or owner may have the
choice of paying cost difference if this applies. All shipping costs are at the customer’s
expense.

Purchaser must take the puppy to your Vet within 72 hours after arrival of puppy for health
check with the exception of Yorkies, it needs to be the same day. This health guarantee
must be returned by mail or fax within 10 business days or contract will null and void.

Once puppy is purchased, the owner is responsible for all appropriate care. Healthy
puppies will not be accepted for returns at LovedPuppies. If a puppy gets sick, it should be
taken to a U.S. Certified veterinarian, not returned to LovedPuppies.
A letter from a veterinarian certifying defect, illness, or cause of death is required prior to
exchange or replacement.

Warranty, guarantee and this contract are not transferable to other owners without prior
consent from LovedPuppies.

Puppies are sold as pet quality unless otherwise noted. No guarantee is made regarding
temperament, size or confirmations, training and other expenses related to behavior.
Dental care and non-descending testicles are not covered by LovedPuppies.

All sales are final. There are no returns or replacements due to family disagreements,
individual allergies, landlord disputes, cost of care or other non-medical reasons.

Risk of flying puppies is always a concern for us, and even though we use pet friendly
airlines and take every step possible for the puppy’s safety, we want the customer to be
aware of risks involved. These risks are the responsibility of the customer. Your puppy
may develop a runny nose, diarrhea, kennel cough, coccidia or giardia, which is very
common and can be treated by your veterinarian. Every effort has been made to provide
you with a puppy that is insect borne disease free, as well as parasite free, but your puppy
could be exposed after it leaves our home, or in route to your home. Please take your
puppy to your veterinarian for proper diagnosis and treatment. Most of these illnesses can
be easily treated by your own vet at a minimal cost to you. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR CHERRY EYE (which is very common in Boston Terriers) and can be triggered by
irritations, cat hair, allergies, etc.....

It is up to LovedPuppies to change shipping date if we feel the puppy may become at risk
due to flight conditions, weather conditions or health conditions.

Guarantee will be valid only if puppy is seen by a U.S. Certified veterinarian within 72
hours of arrival.

If deposit has been made, the total balance needs to be paid within 10 days before the
ship date (unless other arrangements have been made) or puppy will be re-listed and
deposit will be kept by the seller.

person to sign the statement below, otherwise just leave blank.
